Tres combines a roastery, cupping lab and coffee bar in one minimalist Colegiales space, with the roasting and cupping area visible through a glass front. Filter is brewed on V60 or Chemex and espresso on a Dalla Corte Mina. The pastry side leans Armenian, and tiramisu is assembled to order with fresh espresso.
