Blacklist is a roaster whose Subiaco concept store is organised around a central filter brew bar. A rotating list of rare, high-end single origins is served in wine glasses with detailed tasting notes, and a tasting menu lets guests try coffees in any brew style. The roaster's beans are sold in 250g and 1kg bags, with its roastery in Welshpool.
