DTown Coffee Roasters was started by Christos Panas in 2016 and is described as the Northern Territory's first commercial local roasting brand. The Coconut Grove site includes the roastery and a cafe with a new outdoor undercover seating area, open on weekdays. The company has won several medals at the Australasian Golden Bean Awards.
