Maker roasts at its Richmond site, which Broadsheet describes as a cellar door for coffee, with roasters and baristas on hand to answer questions. At least five single-origin batch brews run daily, including year-round Colombian and Brazilian coffees, plus filter options, cold drip and a carbonated house coffee on tap. Pastries and doughnuts sit alongside a short to-order menu.
