Typica Café Tostaduría

Why it’s on the route

Typica was founded in 2013 by barista Fabio Arandia and three friends, one from a coffee-farming family in Caranavi, to roast and serve Bolivian specialty coffee at home. It sources and roasts its own beans and also trains baristas, roasters and cuppers. The Avenida 6 de Agosto café serves espresso drinks and Moccamaster filter coffee with empanadas and cakes.
