Why it’s on the route
The Bean Embassy is a roastery-café on Chocolate Road that roasts its own coffee and sells it by the bag. The beans include a Mondulkiri Robusta, a Honduras single origin and house blends, brewed by several methods chosen to suit each coffee. Two of its baristas have won the Cambodian national barista title, and the café also runs SCA training.
