Little Victories is a small Ottawa roaster that buys mostly through direct relationships and roasts light on a Loring S15 Falcon at an off-site roastery. Its cafes are built around coffee, with an espresso bar and a separate filter area serving only pour-over and AeroPress. The Bank Street shop in the Glebe is the original, with newer shops on Elgin and Queen streets.
