Why it’s on the route
Phil & Sebastian started in 2007 at the Calgary Farmers' Market and roasts at its Simmons Building headquarters, where visitors can watch the roasting. The cafe runs batch brew and espresso on a Modbar setup. It is the flagship of a larger local brand with its own doughnut sister company.
