Café Jesús Martín grows coffee at Finca Buenos Aires in Montenegro, Quindío, and roasts it at its own roasting plant, which is part of its tour. The café half a block from Salento's main square serves espresso and milk drinks along with cakes and pastries. Tours start at the café, visit the farm and the roastery, and end with a tasting back in town.
