Why it’s on the route

Dos Mundos roasts on a 6kg Giesen that sits in the window of the roastery room beside the café counter, working from a seasonal pool of up to ten single origins in a lighter style. Filter is central to the menu, with V60, AeroPress and Chemex alongside a daily batch brew. The Korunní café is two small adjoining rooms with a communal table, retail shelves and the roaster in view.
