Why it’s on the route
La Cabra opened here in 2011 in a 1790 building in the Latin Quarter, and its beans are now roasted at its own roastery elsewhere. The café serves seasonal filter coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya and Guatemala with in-house bread and pastries. The room is lively, with outdoor seating on the street.
