Why it’s on the route
Alquimia Coffee is the experience-led bar of Federico Bolaños, a barista coach who has trained world champions, and serves only Salvadoran coffees such as Pacamara and Icatu from local producers. Its 'Elements' menu interprets earth, fire, air and water through guided brews and drinks. The room is a minimalist, mostly white space with large windows and an open bar; whether it roasts its own coffee is not confirmed.
