Paper Mill Coffee Roastery

Why it’s on the route

Paper Mill opened in 2020 and roasts on-site in a 1912 former fire station of the old pulp and paper factory, with the roaster visible to customers. The brew bar pours Origami pour-overs and batch brew alongside espresso, and it rotates a large number of single-origin lots each year. The café reuses factory fittings, with menus printed on paper rolls and cardboard-tube ceiling lights.
