Fat Cat Coffee House

Why it’s on the route

Fat Cat was opened by brothers Gerson and Tito Otsoy and is regarded as Antigua's first specialty coffee shop. It works closely with Guatemalan farmers on processing and serves hand-brewed filter alongside espresso drinks, with beans reportedly roasted in-house. The space has tall wooden ceilings, exposed brick, plants and a black coffee bar with pastries.
