Why it’s on the route
Beachville was founded in 2019 by Divya Jayashankar, who found specialty coffee in New York, and roasts small batches on a Diedrich behind a glass wall in the café. Coffees come directly from Indian estates, such as Nachammai from Yercaud and Hippla from Chikmagalur, served on India's first Slayer espresso machine or by hand brew. The light-filled café is built around a concrete island bar, and workshops on brewing and tasting are held here.
