Coffeenatics, run by Harris Sutanto Tan, is a Medan specialty roaster, wholesaler and barista academy whose roastery, academy and café sit along Jalan Teuku Cik Ditiro. It works with coffee from North Sumatra, including South Tapanuli around Sipirok, and from partner farms in Sumatra and Bali, and sells filter roasts for manual brewing as well as single-serve pour-over packs.
