Why it’s on the route

Sensilyo is an Almaty roastery whose beans have supplied other specialty cafés in the city, and its own small shop on Kabanbay Batyr Street sells freshly roasted bags alongside drinks. The bar leans on espresso, with a traditional raf and a cheese coffee among its best-sellers. The room is quiet and compact, with a calm, coffee-focused feel.
