Altitude Roasters started as a roastery in 2020 and became known for light roast profiles, then uncommon in Kuwait. Head roaster and co-founder Mohamad AlAdsani is a certified Q Grader who favours clean washed and natural coffees over heavy fermentation. Its café at LOT 90 in Shuwaikh has a retro-futurist, 1970s-inspired interior designed with Studio Nesef and runs weekly Cocktail Fridays of signature coffee drinks.
