Taste Map is a Vilnius roaster that began as a wholesale roastery, and its first café opened in 2015 on Čiurlionio gatvė. The menu changes daily with single-origin coffees, and the espresso tonic and Swiss Water decaf are house favourites. The Sensory Room beside the original café has a cave-like interior and a brick bar counter.
