Why it’s on the route
Toothless Coffee was founded by Edward Choo, a certified sensory judge for the World Barista and World Brewers Cup championships. Light-to-medium house roasts share the shelves with a guest series of lots from roasters abroad, including thermal-shock and co-fermented coffees, brewed as pour-over. Tucked behind a car workshop in PJS 13, the tiny shop also runs a reserved coffee omakase at a four-seat bar.
