Why it’s on the route
Xcaanda roasts on site, working directly with producers in Oaxaca and Veracruz, and its founder has started processing coffee on his own farm. The bar offers espresso alongside Chemex, V60 and AeroPress, plus chocolate made from partner farms' cacao and pastries baked daily. The name is a Zapotec word for hope.
