UBean began around 2010 inside an NGO community centre in Ulaanbaatar and grew into a standalone café that roasts its own coffee on site. Sprudge described a filter-led menu on V60, Chemex and AeroPress and a three-group lever espresso machine, served in a bright second-floor room with big windows.
