Why it’s on the route

Dhaulagiri roasts every batch in-house from organically grown Himalayan Arabica, buying from Nepali farmers including in Dhading District, in both washed and natural processes. The café serves espresso drinks and iced lattes, holds regular cupping and tasting sessions, and trains baristas.
