C4 is a family-owned Christchurch roaster that sources directly from farmers and roasts in a converted warehouse on Fitzgerald Avenue. A glass wall lets customers watch the roasters, and around seven blends or single origins rotate every two weeks. It describes itself as a pioneer of specialty coffee in the city.
