Why it’s on the route

Flight Coffee roasts in Wellington and runs the Hangar as its flagship, in a former car park with cinderblock walls and high ceilings. The filter menu is single origin, weighed and timed, with a refractometer used each morning to check extraction. Coffee flights and a monthly public cupping are offered.
