Why it’s on the route
Jacobsen & Svart roasts its own coffee, a craft founder Tony Jacobsen has practised since 2012, and also supplies several fine-dining restaurants in the region. The bar serves espresso and hand-brewed V60 alongside a single-origin filter, with fresh cinnamon buns. It started in a six-square-metre room and is now a small modern Scandinavian café.
