Janson Coffee Shop is the café of the Janson family farm on the slopes near Volcán, which grows shade-grown coffee, including Geisha, and roasts it in small batches. The hilltop shop has an indoor lounge and outdoor seating with views over the estate, and serves pastries, pie and espresso drinks. Farm tours start here and end with a tasting.
