Why it’s on the route

Coffee for Peace began as an income project of Peace Builders Community, a Mindanao peace-advocacy group started by the Pantoja family, and works with highland farmers on processing and quality. Profits are reinvested in its farming partners, and its own-label beans are sold at the café. The One Oasis branch in Ecoland serves pour-over alongside espresso drinks and a full meal menu.
