Why it’s on the route

Klaro's owner, Maks Volkovytskyi, roasts on a 15kg Diedrich, usually on the lighter side of medium. A dedicated filter section by the front window pours frequently changing batch brews, with pour-overs made on a Mahlkönig grinder. It is a small, minimalist corner bar with red tiles and full windows in a residential area.
