Why it’s on the route

YUME roasts in a roastery separated from the café by a glass wall, producing a few hundred kilos a week. Its range includes six to eight light-roasted single origins, a light-medium espresso blend and an Eclectic Line of single origins, and the café hosts cuppings and workshops. Customers taste the seasonal coffees at the bar on Strada Emil Petrovici.
