Why it’s on the route
La Finca was founded by Juan Manuel González after an SCA barista course and is described as Granada's longest-running specialty coffee operation, running since 2016. It roasts microlots in-house on a rotating schedule, with Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala and Kenya among its origins, and supplies other cafés and restaurants. The small café near the cathedral serves single-origin filter and espresso, with a pastry shop next door.
