Old Town Coffee roasts on a German 12 kg Probat at its roastery in Igara, and serves the coffee in its Old Town café. Two contrasting filter coffees are prepared every day, with seasonal origins from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia and Burundi. The house blend is called Diamond.
