Why it’s on the route

Costas Pliatsikas opened this combined roastery, brew bar and concept store in 2006 and developed light roast profiles that were unusual in northern Sweden at the time. Coffee is roasted in-house, and the bar serves drip coffee and latte art alongside the Greek-inspired freddo cappuccino. Falstaff scored its coffee 40 out of 40.
