The Russell Street roastery in Annapolis is where Ceremony started, and it remains the roasting base for the brand's cafés across Maryland. It sits in an industrial building called The Warehouse, where visitors can watch the roasting, and the bar serves only coffees scoring 85 points or above as espresso and filter. The minimalist room is tucked slightly off the main road.
