Why it’s on the route

Pine Coffee Supply was founded in Pinedale, Wyoming, in 2017 by Cody Hamilton and his father Jim, a co-founder of The Coffee Ethic in Springfield, Missouri. All coffee is roasted in Pinedale on a 10-kilo Proaster, and the Boise café, opened in 2023, brews on Origami drippers and a Trinity immersion brewer. The roughly 900-square-foot room has custom wood furniture and a patio with fire pits.
