The Factory Café is the flagship of Stone Creek Coffee, the Milwaukee roaster that bought this 1888 brick building in 1999 and still receives and roasts its green coffee here. The café shares the building with the roastery, a cupping lab and a from-scratch bakery, and guided tours of the green storage and roasting floor run with tastings.
