Cherry Season opened in 2022 as ES Tostadores, billed as Córdoba's first specialty café with roasting in full view: the roaster sits by the entrance, with a small lab roaster for test batches. The espresso blend changes about every six weeks, alongside a long filter menu built on coffees from Peru, Colombia and Ethiopia. The Cerro de las Rosas flagship roasts for the brand's other cafés.
