Shiok Coffee Roasters

Why it’s on the route

Shiok is the roastery of chef Javier Rodríguez's group (Standard 69, El Papagayo) and was described as Córdoba's first roastery open to the public. Its 250 m² café on La Tablada, near Parque Las Heras, has its own roaster and works with coffees from Brazil, Colombia and Bolivia plus a house blend. Seating is simple, with shared tables and bar stools, and the space also hosts coffee courses.
