Cassiopeia is a Blue Mountains roaster whose Katoomba café is a small storefront with the Diedrich roaster in the back. A chalkboard by the window names the single origin of the day, and baked goods come from a local bakery. The brand also runs espresso bars in Springwood and Wentworth Falls.
