Why it’s on the route

ONA is a Canberra roaster whose Marrickville café serves beans from its own roastery. The bright white room has a long central bench with seven grinders set to different profiles, and filter, batch brew and reserve coffees brewed by the cup. Food is secondary, with doughnuts and a short savoury breakfast menu.
