Coffee Mentality began in 2012 as a mobile coffee van at the West End Markets and now roasts its own coffee in Brisbane. Its East Brisbane Tasting Room offers up to 32 single-origin coffees, with short guided tastings led by the brewmaster and a monthly featured origin. A pour-over flight of single origins is also on the Time Out Brisbane list.
