Why it’s on the route
Paradox roasts its own coffee on a Brambati roaster and runs the Broadbeach cafe as an extension of the roastery. A dedicated V60 menu brews single origins to order, and some rare lots are roasted and then frozen. The cafe seats more than 130 across an open layout with booths, communal tables and an oval coffee bar.
