Why it’s on the route

Core roasts on a 15 kg Roastmax in a small Brunswick East warehouse with a long coffee bar and bench seating. Espresso is pulled on three Decent Espresso machines, and teas from India and Taiwan are served iced and lightly carbonated. A glassed-in kitchen produces pastries such as pandan kaya toast and char siu pork tarts.
