Why it’s on the route

Redbrick roasts on site at its Fyshwick headquarters, visible through large glass panes, using beans from growers in Central and South America and Africa. Coffees are sorted into classic, sweet, rich and complex groups, and a bright orange La Marzocco sits on the tiled counter. The renovated warehouse has a communal table and hosts events such as AeroPress championships.
