Why it’s on the route

Normo opened as a coffee bar in 2002 and is Jens Oris's specialty roastery, with a La Marzocco Strada and three V60 brew stations. Beans come from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Guatemala, and one source says roasting happens during opening hours while another says the roastery has moved outside the city. The brick-walled bar sits in the university quarter.
