Catarina Coffee & Love was founded by Henrique Ortiz and Marina Gomes, who started in a Vila Madalena garage and moved to Vila Mariana with a larger roaster. They roast on site and experiment with fermentation using a brine bath. The filter menu rotates daily among balanced, exotic and experimental coffees, with a separate 'terroir' filter of imported or auction lots, and 11 bags to take home.
