Worth a journey
Salvador · Pituba, Brazil
Why it’s on the route
Do Coado ao Espresso began as a roastery run by Flávio Camargos, a Q Grader who designs the roast profiles, with partners Matheus Maciel and Nayara Chaves. About 90% of the range is Bahian coffee from small producers in Chapada Diamantina, Planalto da Conquista and Serra dos Morgados. The Pituba café opened in 2026 and hosts courses and tastings on brewing methods and origins.
