Lucca was founded in 2002 by Georgia and Luiz Franco de Souza, and Georgia roasts on a Probat P5 inside the Batel shop, with a P12 nearby for wholesale. The menu spans more than 30 Brazilian microlots as daily filter, French press, syphon and espresso from a La Marzocco Strada. The three-floor café keeps an everyday, unfussy feel and runs barista courses.
