Why it’s on the route

Modus was opened by Sharif and Jessica, who sold their own roasted coffee wholesale for about three years before starting the Broadway cafe. The roastery offers blends such as Coast and rotating beans through a monthly subscription, with tastings to sample them. The small shop has pink and mint walls and serves pastries from a local baker.
