Monica and Graham Braun opened Monigram in 2012 in a century-old building in downtown Cambridge, where Graham roasts on a Diedrich roaster that sits right inside the cafe. A slow bar serves siphon and drip brews, and the second shop in Galt's old post office followed. The beans are also sold wholesale.
